... um esporte maravilhoso que além de dar muita satisfação para quem pratica também ajuda a fazer amigos. Eu tenho grandes amigos do Arpoador dos anos 60 até hoje. A convivência de pessoas com idades diferentes unidas pela mesma paixão é outra característica muito comum no surf, já fiz viagens de surf com pessoas mais novas que minhas filhas. Mesmo sem surfar a 5 anos, devido a um problema no ombro contínuo, continuo acompanhando os campeonatos e me atualizando com o que acontece. O surf sempre me motivou para estar com saúde, ter uma boa alimentação e bom preparo físico. Espero recuperar tudo isto e voltar ao surf rapidinho!

... a wonderful sport that not only gives satisfaction for those who do it but also helps to make friends. I have a lot of friends from the 60's in Arpoador until today. To be with people with different ages sharing the same passion is something very commom in surfing. I've already been in surf trips with people that are younger than my daughters. Even not surfing for 5 years, because of a continuous problem in my shoulder, I still watch all the contests and try to stay updated about what is going on in the surfing world. It has always motivated me to be healthy, eat clean and to be in good shape. I hope to get better soon to surf!
